DESCRIPTION: whole grain oat flakes, fine 500g From controlled organic farm (cert. no. see on packaging). Oat flakes are a natural source of iron and contain vitamin B1. May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, nuts, and sesame seeds.

INGREDIENTS: OAT flakes*, demeter quality. Usage: (2-3% per serving) requires 75g of oat flakes and 500ml of milk. Pour the oat flakes with cold milk and bring to a boil. Continue to cook for about 2-5 minutes on low heat, stirring continuously, until the desired consistency is achieved. The porridge will be especially delicious with raisins, nuts, a spoonful of apple puree, or fruits. Store in a dry and cool place.
