DESCRIPTION: egg replacer, gluten-free, vegan 175g WBio egg replacer made from lupin flour. 1 tablespoon of egg replacer is approximately one egg. Intended for various baked goods, not suitable for egg dishes, e.g. omelette.

BEST BEFORE: see packaging. Usage: Mix 1 tablespoon (7.5g) of egg replacer with 30ml of lukewarm water, stir, let sit for 5 minutes, and stir again. Then use as an egg according to the recipe.
